How much deposit is required to book?

Most trips require a 25% deposit to confirm, with the balance due 90 days before departure. Custom itineraries may differ — your designer will outline terms in writing.

Can you build a fully custom itinerary?

Yes. Share your dates, budget, and interests via our planning form. A senior designer will propose a draft within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer travel insurance?

We partner with leading insurers and can add comprehensive coverage to your invoice. We strongly recommend insurance for international trips.

What are typical group sizes?

Scheduled departures range from 8–14 guests. Private trips are available for any party size — couples to multi-family groups.

Is support available during my trip?

Absolutely. You receive a 24/7 emergency line and in-app messaging with your trip coordinator for the duration of travel.

What if I need to change dates?

Change fees depend on supplier policies. We negotiate on your behalf whenever possible and clearly explain any costs before confirming changes.
